There's no "if" we're talking about the greedy George Lucas who printed 124,863 different editions of his famous trilogies. He will make a crappy transfer and hopefully when he will release the 1,753rd blu-ray edition we will have stellar AQ and PQ but when it will happen we'll be 2 formats ahead.

Can you really call re-issues without special features new editions? I mean, every studio does it. Star Wars' first 4 disc DVD package is still the best one. The rest were just re-issues of the first discs. Lord Of The Rings has more editions then Star Wars on DVD. I'm expecting the first release of Star Wars on BD to be the best one for the rest of the formats life, just like the first DVD was. Same with the Indy DVDs. The first ones were easily the best. If you fell for buying the Laserdisc prints on DVD, then I wouldn't really blame him. You knew what you were getting before you bought it. It's not like the Evil Dead where every release had a little something extra. I understand what you mean, I just think it's downright silly to single out Lucas when the first DVD box he gave us are still the definitive DVDs of the films.

Considering it is being released over here in the UK and over in America. I would say that you could buy this blu Region A or B unless you are replying to this thread from another part of the world? A region C area maybe?

I think I'm just gonna go with the regular boxset, "tins" don't really do anything for me in this sense

I just preordered the collectors tin. Not a bad price to import it over to the US. And it sounds awesome. Cant wait for this. I wonder if it is gonna be like the band of brothers case.

Rather looking forward to this myself

Am probably going to wait until they release pictures of the collector's tin before deciding which one to get, though.

I already have 1:24 scale models of all 3 variations of the Delorean, so I don't know about getting the Delorean edition. It depends if all the Collector's Tin stuff is included with the miniature Delorean, and if it's not too much more cost wise then I might consider it. If it's just the model with the BDs, I'd rather have all the cool stuff in the tin.
