I can confirm that Ayngaran now holds cinema/blu-ray & DVD rights to Endhiran.

I can also confirm that I will be supervising the blu-ray version. Expect the best Indian blu-ray ever!!!

Hold on a sec, i think we are going off topic here. I just want to present all your suggestions to Sunny, so that he could consider making Endhiran a quality and of the most incredible release of all time.

So, please drop in for suggestions and not news.

My next wish is Endhiran blu-ray to be released on 3 disc edtion (ALL BD 50) , Metal embossed case + Endhiran merchandise / Steelbook.

Who cares about dull and repetative special features. I want the main feature to be high quality

Indian films have yet to produce a decent making of feature for DVD/BD.

Probably you have not seen Ayan, the making features are present on the BD with song, action and others..yet Endhiran is in the making of history..

Not directly related to the blu-ray, but I have a question about the film:

Was the film shot twice in Tamil and Hindi (à la Raavan/Ravanan) or shot in Tamil only with the Hindi version being a dub (à la Ravanan/Villain)? It's hard to tell from articles stating that "the film was made in Tamil and Hindi".

If the latter is true then one would like to see the Hindi dub included on the Tamil blu-ray rather than having seperate releases for the different languages. Of course if the the former is true than there should be different releases.

I'm pretty sure it is a Hindi Dub, the trailers have been dubbed.

The movie was shot only once unlike Raavan. Its dubbed tamil, telegu, and hindi. I really hope Sunny will have hindi available on the disc and not only tamil. Fingers crossed!

According to their website, my local Indian theater only has the Hindi version with English subtitles. I am kinda bummed out about that. Dubs irritate me.

Glad to hear that Ayngaran has the video rights and like the so many "first time ever" records this movie has created .. I hope the BD gets a SteelBook release with tons of Special Features !!
