Really good episode tonight. Glad to see T-Bag again. Don't know that it answered any loose threads, as was insinuated in some preview articles I had seen, but it was cool to see Robert Knepper doing his thing again.
Very emotional scene with his mother at the end, and a great scene between him and Jimmi Simpson at the very end. It'd be nice to see him show up again, but they'd have to wait awhile. Don't wanna overdo a good thing. |

This episode wrapped up way too quickly. They get a tip where he is, show up, miss him, get a tip where he is whilst they're at the first scene, show up miss him, repeat x3. Such a waste of a great character & actor. |

I dig this show. It's nothing groundbreaking, but I think it's a really fun action procedural. Jimmi Simpson, who plays Lloyd, absolutely makes the show. Last week's episode with Derek Phillips from Friday Night Lights as a suspected child molestor was quite good and had an interesting twist.
BTW, the show's co-creator Nick Santora, is on Twitter and he will actually respond to alot of fans questions. I sent him a couple of Tweets and he responded back within a day. Seems like a nice guy. I also sent a couple of Tweets to Brooke Nevin, who plays Julianne (the shy/awkward computer girl) and she also responded too. |

Another decent episode. As has been said before, there's nothing terribly original about the show, but it IS entertaining.
Jimmi Simpson remains the highlight of the show, and his relationship with the other con (who gets him out of his jam at the end of the episode this week) is always fun. Jimmi letting out a "Holla!" at the end cracked me up. I hope when this show goes away, Jimmi gets his own show. He's damn sure good enough. |

Am I still bitter over the cancellation of Chase on NBC? Somewhat, but they've made their decision and I'm moving on for my drama fix elsewhere. I thought this would fit the bill (a series about Marshals hunting fugitives) and, seeing as it was on A&E, perhaps the writing would be better, or at the very least, the cast could address any shortcomings. I was wrong, dead wrong. The focal point wasn't about the fugitive; most of the episode was spent dwelling on personal issues by two of the members. One was concerned about seeing her daughter, the other was being pestered by his girlfriend to take some time off for an overdue vacation. Are you serious???? What's worse is that I had the storyline figured out after watching the first five minutes, but I wanted my theory to be disproven, that maybe the writers had something special in store for me. Like I said: I was wrong. Not only could I not empathize with any of the characters, I wanted to see them punished for doing everything right because they didn't deserve anything good that came their way. /end of soapbox rant |

I have been getting the feeling that Shay would be the one of them that would try to run. I think they are setting it up for the season finale to end with Shay bolting, and the rest of the team having to go after him.
I was also thinking how they are essentially bringing criminals in, and TEACHING THEM HOW THEY GET SEARCHED FOR. How smart is that? lol. So I think Shay, with knowledge now, perhaps a bit more than before, of how he and his cohorts have been searching for escapees, will use that knowledge for him and his girl to stay ahead of the rest of them. He knows things they look for. This could be interesting. The only question I have is how it'll be handled. I figure it'll be one of three ways. 1. Shay will run at the beginning of the finale (or perhaps the end of the previous episode) and will be caught by the end of the finale. 2. Shay will run at the beginning of the finale/or end of previous episode, and at the end of the season he'll still be on the run with them looking for him. Perhaps he accidentally kills someone while being pursued (not necessarily one of the main cast) and that's the elevated cliff hanger as he goes on the run as the season ends. 3. Shay will bolt at the end of the final episode, setting up the cliffhanger of Charlie and Ray rounding up the cons and saying "this is who we're after". I'm actually looking forward to this! |
