Speaking of which (sorta), it's probably just a symptom of the mock-up artwork, but that V For Vendetta looks very G1 in proportion...

I almost don't want to double dip for a smaller case and not that much better picture quality.

This will be asked at least twice more. Just like the Target IM2 thread people questioning if it's really a metalpak.

I would love to have 300 and wouldn't mind the Superman Returns but it is my understanding FurtureShop doesn't ship to the U.S, how are you all getting them - the forum members in the U.S.

Thanks.

The above quote doesn't make any sense since the DVD Steelbook artwork is exactly the same for all of them that are coming out as far as I can tell.

Agreed, these are exactly the same as the previous DVD release steelbooks that sat on shelves forever.

I am betting that these are G1 sized steelbooks that have been re-packaged with blu-ray discs.

The original IAL DVD Steelbook did not have a blu band at the top. Too coincedental how the re-release does not either.

Not sweating this in the least

Cheers

I cant beleive Batman Begins is winning.
Lame.

The Matrix or 2001 would have been so much more better choices.

Do I have to register to vote?

If that is true I will be both happy and sad, that I save money but we don't get all those new SteelBooks. I own most of the releases already either on blu or steelbook and I'm not the biggest fan of double dipping.

I really doubt (almost 100%) that they will be G1 sized.
FS doesnt release G1 steelbooks.

Besides, I think FS realizes that it has more to gain from re-releasing those steelbooks rather than loosing because most of us are not collectors.

Forum members who live in Canada, or members in the U.S. that have a FS within driving distance.

I really need to get off my lazy ass and get a passport/enhanced driver license. I have a FS about 45 minutes away from me in Windsor, Ontario.
