id suggest post a new thread regarding the issue in feedback. however, i mean no offense but im guessing adding emoticons aren't a high priority for this site. never hurts to ask again though .

well i had a thread and had lots of really positive feed back then it just disapeared. so i posted hear and asked some people but i had absolutely no responce for 2 months. i know it isnt that big of a deal but id atleast want someone to respond to me instead of ignoring me. i thought those 2 emoticons r more apropriate for this site then the dancing banana for example.

PM an admin if you think you're being ignored. I'm sure they'll get back to you promptly, but like I said emoticons are probably not on the top of their to-do lists yano? plus you can always just import the smiley from HDD yourself.

I am not sure they are adding any smiley's at the moment,(there are more than enough) there have been numerous requests so yours just added to the list. You are more than welcome to host and use that image by yourself if you must have it.

How are the titles for the people posting earned? Is there a list that shows how many posts reach a certain title? Maybe # of posts has nothing to do w/it? I'm lost...BTW I buy exclusively from Amazon(prime member) and my apologies for the first $2000 worth of blu-rays I bought w/o using your link. I will make certain to use your link from now on. You mean like the subtitles below the names?
I was wondering that too, but I think they've been requested.
That moderators or something changed it to whatever.
But I'm not sure, it's usually what they do though, besides the automatic ones.

Within the last week or so, my home page preferences got changed. The order mysteriously went to Posts, Preorders, blah blah, blah. When I used the preferences screen to rectify it - I've changed the appropriate pulldowns to change the order back to Posts, New Releases, Upcoming releases, Reviews, Preorders - but the home page continues to reflect the 'incorrect order' no matter how many times I adjust the pulldowns on the preferences screen.

Just FYI...

Were any changes recently made to the code for the home page? I'm using Firefox by the way and haven't changed anything about my preferences until I saw the order had mysteriously changed...

it goes by post but some ppl have mods change it if they want to, but i think you need to be a Guru before you can change your title below name, not positive so dont hold me to it!

HATE the "New! Lowest Price" in bold under titles; it's very messy and makes the titles hard to skim past for ones you are interested in. Just bold the current, dropped price and put an exclamation mark or star or down-arrow. PLEASE.

I don't think that is of any use. Let's just face the facts: this site uses Amazon prices for the price tracker and to keep track of individual prices (with the price graph). So if you just want the cheapest Blu-ray's Amazon (.com or .co.uk, doesn't matter) has to offer, just visit Amazon, go to the Blu-ray section and sort by price.

Another reason to do that is because although Blu-ray.com shows a lot of Blu-ray's, it doesn't always show them all. I don't know how much they show, but even it's 95% that means there's still a 5% chance you won't see that one cheap Blu-ray you might be looking for.

It's not a big deal, but having used DVD Spot and now DVD Profiler, I'm used to tracking date of purchase, place of purchase and purchase price with my library. Currently, I type this information into the "Comments" field, but it would be nice for a geek such as myself to have specific fields for this information. If this is too much of a hassle or has already been discussed and I missed it, then forget I said anything!

Hello everyone!

I absolutely love the price tracker on this site! Just bought the "My Bloody Valentine 3-D" Blu-ray when it dropped from $ 24 to $ 14. Many thanks for this!

There's one feature I would also love to see here: Something like an "Upcoming Release Tracker" which searches for a future BD-release and notifies my via E-Mail when there's a hit. For example I would add "Mad Max" to the list and as soon as a release date is known, I would be notified.

I'd like to look at a "friend's" collection, but it looks like the only way to see it is to find a forum post by the "friend" and then click on "collection" under his/her user name and avatar. Is there an easier way? Am I missing the way to do it? One option -- when viewing the friend's public profile one can select '"view friend's collection".
