Only movie I have that ugly art design on is Liar Liar. I don't throw out slips, you know me, I used to frequent the Slip thread, but that one tempted me!

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but I really thought at the time of its release it was a good movie. The generation of movies have changed dramatically over the decades. I prefer the 90's films over films in todays era anyday.

Of course,I am not trying to troll,just simply stating my opinion regarding this film.
Maybe had I seen it when first released my thoughts would have been different but as I only watched it last year for the first time I simply found it poor.

It did not hold up well. I watched it on cable before buying. Not as good as I remembered.

(And I remembered as only being pretty good, like a guilty pleasure watching Kurt Russell chew the scenery).

Movie of my childhood. Owned this on VHS, DVD, and now Blu Ray. Still enjoy the hell out of it.

That slip is awful, just like all of the other Best of the Decade slips.

You're right. They are ugly but I also kept the Liar Liar BOTD slipcover too. Since it's the only available slip in the US. You better not throw out your slipcovers or else

Picked this up for 6.99 at Meijers today with the best of the decade slipcover. Can't wait to watch this cheesefest since I haven't seen it since it used to come on cable all the time in the mid-90's.

I was recommended to get this based on my love of Chicago Fire and I enjoyed it. Not my best blind buy but not terrible, I do think the score was a bit much, though.

does anyone think this is one of Universal's best releases? The picture quality looks fantastic but at the same time still look like a movie from 1991. And the sound, holy crap.

It's a pretty great release, no doubt. I try and watch it at least once a year.

I watched this recently and have to say it is one of the best surround sound films I have ever seen. Especially during the clothing warehouse fire. Just all around superb audio track.
