Sweet! I heard this has pretty good audio. I just got my 2 sub risers so I can't wait to test it out.

I get this all the time. Yes, I'm a huge Duke fan because my dad went for them during their back to back Championships in the 90's. Stuck with them ever since. During the NBA, I was a Pistons fan for maybe a year, then when MJ finally got over the hump against them. I started going for them and never looked back. Call me a bandwagon, but I was only in the 3rd Grade when all of this was happening.

Don't worry. Duke will secure the ACC tomorrow against UNC

It's all good MaCruz! I've never had just one particular college I've been a fan of for sports. If anything, maybe the Texas Longhorns. When it comes to pro ball, the Bulls were my team (when Jordan was playing), and now I'm a home team guy...the Mavs! I hadn't kept up with college as much the past few years, but it killed me when old boy missed that half court shot against your Dukies in last year's championship game! Never been a fan of Duke for some reason. I liked Bobby Hurley and Grant Hill, but that's about it. Oh yeah my nephew goes to a Thomas Hill clinic once every so often right up the street! Seems like a super cool guy!

Haha. I don't keep up with College Football like I used to. I was a Canes fan, but don't care for any of them until they come out with a Playoff format. As for the NBA, it's hard to watch now since Jordan isn't there so I mainly watch the NBA during Playoff season. I remember when Duke lost to the Razorbacks in the Finals back in the 90's when Grant Hill was a Senior. I believe I was either in the 6th or 7th grade. When they lost that 10 point lead in the 2nd half and lost the Championship, I went to bed crying. I was very upset and all my classmates were laughing since they were either a Huskies fan or a Wildcats fan when I was in Connecticut during my middle school years.

But back on topic. Growing up as a kid, everyone couldn't resist the likes of MJ. A lot of great memories from all the way from Elementary to my Junior year in High School of great memories of MJ that will last a life time. Never missed a game that was aired too!

Yep same here. A lot of great memories watching Jordan through the years. It's funny how guys like Kobe and Lebron are playing now, but I just still don't get that same feeling like I did back in the day while watching Jordan. I'm with you. I tried to catch every game of his as well that was on TV. Thank goodness for WGN-ha ha. Speaking of crying, I remember crying when I heard Jordan was retiring. That was just a horrible day for me.

It's just not the same now though. There will never be another Jordan.

Hell Yeah. Jax, FL had WGN channel as well. I didn't cry, but I was very shocked and unhappy when he retired, but when he came back. I couldn't wait for the Bulls and Pacers game to air. Even though they lost, it was the best feeling as a kid.

Now when they lost to the Magic in the Playoffs. I was pissed! I'm a Florida boy, but I don't like the Magic at all even today expect for the Duke players they have of course. .

Glad the Bulls were better than ever going 72-10 the following year and I think they swept the Magic when they met in the Playoffs.

Thanks for this! This cover is magnitudes better then the studio one. I like how the red and black colors carry through to the back. The studio cover put yellow on the back and it really throws of the uniformity of the cover. Nicely done!

One thing that seems odd though is the size. Its 2792 x 1541 which seems on the small side for a BD cover. If I up the dpi in Photoshop to 300 dpi then its 3120 x 1722 which is better, but upsizing an image is generally not good.

I will give it a print out to see how it fits in a BD case, but it seems on the small side. Do you have maybe have one in a more standard cover size?

For example, below are the some common sizes.

3173 (1523+127+1523) x 1762 (10.75mm spine)
3120 (1490+140+1490) x 1748 (11.8mm spine)
3172 (1516+140+1516) x 1762 (11.8mm spine)
3172 (1501+170+1501) x 1762 (14mm spine)
3212 (1521+170+1521) x 1762 (14mm spine)
3317 (1511+295+1511) x 1762 (25mm spine)

BTW, was messing around with your cover for my own purpose and decided to see how it looked with original BR front and a spine I created from DVD. Here is a preview. But do not want to share here unless I have your permission. Also, I love how you preview yours with a bigger front cover, do you maybe have a PSD template for that you can maybe share via a PM to me as I love it with the reflection effect. Just learning this Photoshop stuff and having fun Also where did you get the pictures of MJ from?

After my mockup, I still prefer yours as I like the silhouette on the front.

Grew up and live in Chicago... I saw Jordan play probably 10-15 times at the Chicago Stadium and the UC.

I was disappointed to hear that Ultimate Jordan on Blu-Ray was not a drastic improvement over the DVD in terms of picture quality.

I ordered the Jordan to the Max Blu-Ray and just watched it today.

Beautiful... if this is all we will ever have of Jordan in HD... it is a shame. But it is really cool to see him and final Champion Bulls in action in pretty sweet looking action.

I am happy to have this in my collection, but wish there was more HD Chicago Bulls and Michael Jordan...

At least I have NBA2K11 to play with Jordan, Pippen and ME... I am averaging 20 points a game by the way...

I grew up and live in Chicago too! I never got the opportunity to watch Jordan live though even though my parents, brother, and I followed the Bulls religiously. I Have seen Derrick Rose live though. I couldn't agree with your post more. It is sweet to have at least one form of MJ in HD but due the the video sources it will not be possible to have MJ in true HD besides MJ to The Max. I have the Ultimate MJ collection as well and actually the last game does not look too bad either.

I loved NBA 2k11. Loved that it 5 of the 6 Chicago Bulls Championships teams with other retro teams that the Bulls faced throughout their run. Loved the Jordan Moments too.

I love NBA 2k12 too, although the focus seemed to shift off MJ a bit but this one also includes more legends and much more retro teams including the ones that were in NBA 2k12.

is there footage of Jordan that was shot on film? It would be strange to see him play in HD (almost like the Nirvana bluray that came out).

Got to see him a few times. Once during the 72-10 season and a few times in his Wizard years--but we won't talk about that. LOL Interested in the PQ.

well the whole documentary of Michael Jordan to the Max was done on film I believe and also its theatrical run was in Imax.

Here are the technically specifications: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0245280/technical
