The Stand by Stephen King is hands down the greatest book I ever read. The character development is absolutely mind blowing. I have not felt that sort of attachment to a fictional cast since the closure of Lost.

Chuck is a brilliant author, I can't wait to read Damned in October. Haunted was by far my favorite book, I would love to see what a creative director could do with that book. BTW his movie was on instant queue, but I warn, it's a foreign film and definitely lives up to being one. His art of directing could be good for the stories chuck has also.

Probably a cliche answer, but Pride & Prejudice is a book I've revisited often. It's been my favorite for years now.

As far as novels go, I would choose To Kill a Mockgbird. Another good one is An American Abroad.

The whole Dark Series is terrific but the final installment is some of King's best writing.

My favorite book is definitely Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson, I just love that book and I've read it so many times.
