They gossip non-stop about this site. The whole forum is infected with HD DVD fanboys and they're always talking about coming over here to troll.

I also only visit the AVS HDM forums a fraction of what I did in the past. Let the red ants piss all over themselves over there, I can do w/o all the fanboy banter...

One thing I find humorous is that the HD-DVD camp stereotypes the BR camp as being a bunch of kids/gamers because of the PS3. I've it found quite the opposite. Many more juveniles seem to latch onto HD-DVD because that's what they can afford. 'Low rent' HD-DVD seems to attract more of the trailer-park consumers and the mentality that comes with it.

The higher initial price of the BR players appears to filter out some of the disease at the door... at least the higher HW cost is good for something.

In all fairness both sides have some sharp minds and some real idiotic fanboys, but HD-DVD seems to have collected many more of the later.

Yeah, I use to spend much more time at AVS, but the failure of the moderators to keep obvious HDDVD Nazi's out of the Blu-ray software and hardware forums has been... disconcerting.

The BD Forums at AVM$ are little better.
The Powers-That-Be over there have shown little inclination to keep out the Trolls.
There is about a dozen ring leaders that have been allowed to post since the creation of the Forums last year.
Because they have been allowed to post with impunity, their minions have been allowed to join the melee of FUD.

I rarely post over there anymore.

wow, there are some sensible people over here! Isnt a forum about discussing topics? Isnt a forum about debate? I personally think they are. Therefore, why be part of a forum that bans everyone at the mere expression of HD DVD? You wont see people being banned at highdefforum for speaking up about BR- as a matter of fact it is always a welcome topic.

I LOVE HighDefDigests' forum. My best friend (View-it-blu) and I go there all the time, and you'd be surprised at what you can get away with. It's fun calling out all those Retarded Fanboys. I highly recommend it. They're so ignorant over there, and have totally lost a sense for all reality. Just take what they say with a grain of salt (which is all it's worth anyway), and just keep plucking away at their nerves. It's quite fun!
