had an issue with my phillips player not loading past language screen but player just needed software updated and now it works fine. great restoration on movie! agree that it is a joke that this movie does not come with slip. slips are a waste of time disney should put the detail into the covers on every release and scrap the slip thing if there not gonna release them properly.

is there a direct email address to flood disney with complaints about their design of covers?

Does anyone know if the US slip cover of Alice will fit on the UK version or is the case too wide?

The US Slipcover of Alice is definitely too slim to fit onto the UK version.

Can anybody tell me whether the UK version of Alice in Wonderland: 60th Anniversary Edition is locked to Region B or is Region Free? I want the UK version because it has Portuguese subtitles/audio, but I don't know if it'll play in my US blu-ray player.

I've checked the database sites, but none of them list the UK version. I know the US version is region free, as is the newer Johnny Depp version. But I haven't been able to find any definitive info for the UK original Alice. I've also searched this site without success. Thanks!

Just had a look at the back of my copy and it says ABC - of course sometimes the labelling is wrong!

But pretty confident it is

I have no idea how to distinguish regular Portuguese from Brazilian Portuguese just by listening to it but my copy of this is exactly the same as pictured on the site here.

Since it's a UK / European release then I'm 99% certain it'll be your regular Portuguese as spoken in Portugal.

The fact that the Portuguese release also has the exact same set of audio and subtitle options listed would seem to indicate that it's the exact same disc.
