I'm in Australia. To get stuff shipped to here, we get a flat fee of $5 for every order + about $1.50 per DVD / bluray.
For some reason it's trying to charge me $25 for this one item.

Wow you are right, since I put it in my cart 3 hours ago it has already reduced 80 cents. I am waiting for it to go down to $30 before I pull the trigger

I ordered yesterday. You can price-match a lower amazon price if it is within 7 days of delivery date. I have been quoted this twice from two different employees via chat through amazon.

That's interesting, I tried that last year for a tv show that reduced $20 the day after i bought it and they refused to refund me.

Now this isn't a lightning deal or anything but I was thankful. I would assume that if this becomes a lightning deal than the answer would be "No." But I ordered it Sunday - Black Friday Week beginning for what it is worth...

Dude, you pulled the trigger too soon. The price is still dropping...it is at $38.01 now...that is $2.50 cheaper since I added it to my cart this afternoon. By morning at this rate it should be $35. Man this is a gamble though, when to hit purchase...feels like a dice game.

Im guessing Lightening Deals fall under some kind of special exception as they are a limited thing, so I wouldn't bet on it......good to know about your experience in this case though as it seems a positive thing regarding this weeks standard deals.

The 7 day after delivery window has been going on for at least the last year when I started to order more heavily from Amazon....the thing that really sucks about it though is you can only ask for a correction once in that 7 days on the same item so it is kind of a gamble or dice roll on whether you should see if it drops more or salvage what you can.
