Yeah i currently have a pair of the Crucial C300 128GB drives in RAID0, they may not be the "newest" but they are damn good drives.

Bigger case eh? yeah i know a few haha.

here are a few that come to mind

Corsair 800D (i owned this previously, its a BIG case, really good for watercooling, ok for air cooling):http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811139001

Antec 1200 (also owned one of these, good for air cooling, not so much for watercooling, not quite as big as the 800D): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811129100

Antec 900 (also owned one of these, still a mid tower but bigger then the Antec 300 i linked in my earlier suggestion): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811129021

Cooler Master HAF 932 (another popular one, but i have not owned it, heard many good things about it): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119160

I'm going to get laughed at for suggesting that case, but it's the one I have right now, with the exception that mine is Pink. It's capable of water cooling. I haven't had any issues with it.

Case wise I have a Cooler Master 690 II Advanced

Tool-less HDD and optical drive installation.
Great cable management

Plenty of room for fans and water-cooling (no drilling holes in an old case)

It has an external eSata Dock so I can just slide in a spare eSata drive and backup without cables.

I love it. Only downside was having to buy an extension for the 4-pin CPU power supply but bought one at the same time just in case.

Turn around. Very slowly...

Thumbs up

Here is my current case. PC-V2000B Plus II After having two ATX mid-tower cases I finally upgraded to this one and haven't looked back. The space and ease to work with are awesome. Been using Lian-Li cases for the past 9 years and will continue to stick with their quality products.

Lots of good options here but I have my eyes set on this one now:

I just hope it fits in my desk lol. And I personally like blue LEDs but there is a DIY LED replacement online so I could replace that anytime I want.

And I keep seeing USB 3.0 in most computer cases, there aren't that many devices that use USB 3.0 yet, right? What are they for?

there is a blue version of it

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119213

right now the most common USB3 devices i see are external hard drives and flash drives. Having a USB3 external hard drive cut down the time to backup my computer a lot!

That one I linked comes in Blue too:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811144261

I do like that one you have your eye on too. My comp has Red & Blue LED lights mixed, as my PSU lights up with Blue LEDS. The pink case has a red fan, rather than a pink one, and I can't be arsed to buy a clear one with white lights and colour them with a pink sharpie.

It looks like I might need a new computer desk as well. This is starting to slowly add up lol. What kind of stands do you guys have? I need one where I can put my printer on the top of the screen if possible.

Yeah, but that one doesn't have black interior. The USB 3.0 should be useful one day though.

I've been looking at all the different brands but I really like that Cooler Master.

it comes with a heatsink and fan which is enough, but it wont get you much overclocking.

lots of options out there for aftermarket stuff, i happen to like

I don't plan to overclock it....I've never overclocked a CPU before so I guess a cooler is not necessary for now. But is that H60 a water cooler?

By the way, what can you use a water cooler for? CPU only or GPU too?

The h60 is cool because unlike my watercooling its completly sealed and matinance free. If ur getting the 2600k it would be a small crime not to overclck it at least a little

The h60 is just for cpu and I havent seen one for a gpu (gpus put out a lot more heat)

Well, I might OC it at some point.

Do you have your GPUs water cooled too?

of course i do

also overclocking that 2600k is real easy, i took my friends from 3.4 to 4.0 (which is a small overclock for that chip, 4.5 or so is pretty common and a decent amount of them hit 4.8 range, and some ppl break 5.0 with it !) without changing the voltage at all, all i did was change the multiplier from 34x to 40x and bam, done.

It's hard for me to recommand the corsair H60 because there are evidence and complaint about water leakage, causing major problem to your system.

Do you really want to go through the process and wasted time in trying to convince Corsair that it was their fault?

My recommendation is go with the aftermarket heatsink/fan to cool down the CPU. It'll cost less money as well...and it does the job as good as the water cooler.

With SSD, you don't really need to overclock the CPU...it'll be pretty damm fast.... Overclocking is there if you ever feel that your system is not fast enough... I have overclock my CPU, but I put it back to factory because the factory CPU was already fast enough for me.

Anyway, there are many options out there...just go with what you feel comfortable with...

I use the Cool Master HAF 932 and it is amazing. For cooling I have found that the V8 does a wonderful job of keeping everything cool.

dont overclock cause you have an SSD, that does not make any sense at all!

the 2600k is meant to overclock, its unlocked for a reason. I bumped my friends to 4.0ghz without changing a single other thing, it was as easy as typing in 40 (changed the multiplier from 34x to 40x)

and corsair has a pretty good reputation with the H50,H60,H70 and now they have the H80/H100. They have been very popular good units and work well.
