Exactly! Which is one of the main reasons why I don't watch them anymore. When Cher won for: Moonstruck over Glenn Close for: Fatal Attraction in 1987, I was furious! I was through with The Academy Awards forever.

I disagree with that. Poltics always was a major player in Hollywood and even some actors and actress 20 + years ago did not deserve the Oscars they won

For Animation category, I think their will only be 3 again this year.
Rango Kung Fu Panda 2 Tintin Though considering Happy Feet did win the award, the sequel this year may have a chance, but the movie just does not look promising. They got too much of the hip hop crap going on with it. If it does go back up to 5 again this year, then I would probably put that and Winnie the Pooh up there, or maybe Cars 2 if HF2 is complete crap. |
