Chalk it up to a lesson learned. I can see Sony banning you from the current and any future betas but I don't necessarily agree with them for banning your entire account. Anything you previously purchased they should still allow you to keep and they should still allow you to use the PSN for online gaming and other online purchases. I can understand why Sony may not be happy but they should keep the two completely seperate.

Probably and since he can't sing into another PS3, I think its his account that is banned.

Customer service is there, I even talked to them today. He needs to call and see what's going on from the source.

A few things here.

1. You posted video of the home beta on an Youtube account that identified your PSN account? Either that or you left identifying marks on the video that said who you were. Either way you're an idiot and deserves what happens to you.

2. You said you have THREE "Plus accounts"? Does that mean you have four accounts and three of them are PSN+ accounts? Meaning you dropped 50 bucks on each one? *sigh*

3. I don't really have anything else to add other than to reiterate your incredible lack of intelligence in thinking this whole thing through.

I hate to see anyone banned (that wasn't abusive and whatnot), but if you're dumb enough to do what you appear to have done, then I can't muster up much sympathy for you.

I agree with this. Most of the time people complaining about banning are usually just trying to get sympathy when in fact they actually had a legitimate reason for being banned.

It happens ALLLLL the time on xbox live and 99 times out of 100 the ban was justified.

Yes they are all somehow linked to that single account. Take them all off and restore that sucker to the factory settings with EVERYTHING gone.

actually one account got banned i tried the other accounts on another system and they were fine

however the console was banned too

Trade that console at GameStop, they only check to see if it plays, not play online. Dont ever use 1 account on it. But wait for them to get back to you on why and if its a permanent ban or not.
