to be honest this person has a point. Considering the The name of the movie, what the main character is supposed to be and the trailer for the movie and it is pretty misleading.

I actually found the movie rather crap. It is was Dull and dragged. From the trailer and movie synopsis I was expecting a better written and better acted Transporter type movie.

I'm sure we all wish we could get money back for a terrible flick we paid to see but what a b*tch. People like this really just need to be separated from the rest of society so she can't poison others with her stupidity nor make us tolerate it. I'd gladly pay to see it again. Second best film of the year next to The Tree Of Life.

Good point.

She's suing for a $12 ticket. That's Small Claims, no attorney required.
She could literally make more money letting Judge Wapner rule it on the People's Court.
(Or Judge Judy, or whoever's doing the show now...Yeah, yeah, definitely Wapner. )

I want to sue Zach Snyder because his films are all style and no substance.

I want to sue Terrence Mallick because his films are all substance and no style.

I want to sue David Lynch because his films are too weird and I'm too stupid to understand them.

I want to sue William Friedkin because "The Exorcist" actually scared me.

I want to sue Steven Spielberg because he exercised his artistic license and used nothing but gray colors in "Saving Private Ryan."

I want to sue George Lucas because I enjoyed "Star Wars."

I want to sue all films except for "300" for not using symphonic metal in their soundtracks.

I want to sue water because it's wet and cold.

I want to sue space aliens because they're spying on my dreams and implanting new memories into my brain.

See what a slippery slope this crap is?

Drive, 2 minutes of driving and 138 minutes of Ryan Gosling brooding. Dude can brood, but come on....

He was excellent recently in Ides of March. I've liked him ever since the thriller he did with Sandra Bullock in 2002, Murder by Numbers. Good movie.

I hope she doesn't see the movie Catfish. It was billed as a horror film, yet has no horror, nor any catfish.

Actually, she has no point. All it takes if one click on the internet to look at a few reviews to see what the movie really is like. I doubt she rushed out and saw the 1st showing on day 1... because if she was that die hard, then she'd know that the movie wasn't an action film.

Should people sue because they bought a non-horror Stephen King book based on the idea that he often writes horror, but not always? Or because a raunchy comedy had no nudity, when a lot of the similar type films do? No, there's absolutely no basis for anyone to sue because art was supposedly misconstrued. Art is subjective... nowhere did the ads claim for the film to be action packed, no matter what YOU thought.

Uh, I don't know what movie you saw, but the title of the movie was EXACTLY what the main character was. He was a driver, just like was advertised. There is no basis for a lawsuit in this. The trailer got you into the theater, but it doesn't guarantee you'll like it. This woman is seriously ridiculous for doing this. As someone above me stated, art is subjective. If you don't like the movie, get your money back, and get over it. Seriously. There is no reason to start a lawsuit over it. This is all for attention, end of story.

Seriously. I can't believe this is how bad our country has begun. I'm only 21, it makes me fear for my future if it's already this bad. People are freaking ridiculous.

It hasn't gotten this way overnight so it won't change overnight. The problem is people. It's a great country, no doubt about it, but some stupid people suing for lack of entertainment is just asinine and they should be made a strict example of so that others who try to bilk the system will think twice about doing it.

Given the amount of resources people have today, there is no excuse for this to happen. This just just an entitlement suit.

Let's sue these movies because....

The Day the Earth Stood Still - The Earth never actually stood still.
Straw Dogs - No dogs, no straw.
Pink Flamingos - no pink flamingos.
Chariots of Fire - right, no chariots, nothing even burns.
Killing Zoe - Zoe doesn't die.
Fargo - No scenes in Fargo, mostly Minnesota.
A Clockwork Orange - no clocks, nothing is orange.
Sin City - It's Besin City, not Vegas.

I want 10% finders fee.

So I can sue the producers behind "There Will Be Blood" because I thought there wasn't enough blood in it? Or the people behind Jurassic Park, because they used dinosaurs from other periods, apart from the Jurassic period?
