hence why I know the collector in me will cave and get the UK steel - purely for the variation - as well as the 3D superset from either USA or DE x2

There are few movies I'd multi-buy for though...Avengers being one of them.

I'm game to help in anyway.

I can only find @DisneyMoviesUK on twitter and I'm not sure how much help they would be
There's only the generic Disney (Worldwide) on FB from what I can see

got another 45mins of a dead shift to kill so am gonna keep searching for best Disney contact's

I'm hoping for a 3D version steelbook but looks unlikely and you never know, the triple play version might actually be given instead but highly unlikely given the price this was listed at maybe?
I'd settle for 2D/3D if we cant get the same Triple sets CA and Thor had

I agree that this will be the only version in the world that has this title, so probably will get a lot of intrest from collectors worldwide since it's a unique variant.

For £12 you really can't go wrong though. And both together is only about £27. So works out about the same price if not cheaper than buying the German steel that includes the 3D.

So if artwork comes out soon enough I might just en up cancling the German one and just get the 2 UK sets.

Have ordered both the steelbook and the 3D for £27 on HMV with the plan to stick the 3D disc inside the steelbook and sell the rest of the bundle to a firend for £10. £17 for the steelbook and 3D then, less than Thor and Captain America were going for!

(Of course having no slot for a DVD in the Avengers steelbook means I'll have to take the inside casing from the Thor or Captain America steelbook - both of which I've given the DVD version of to my nephew - and swap it around but, going by the comments in the custom inside art threads, this is easy enough to do)

Somebody tell me if i'm wrong, but can't you buy those plastic disk holders that be inside steelbooks seperately? You could essentially create your own triple play version right?

For those wanting to make their feelings known on the way this steelbook should be handled might be worth giving head office a call and seeing if they have any better email contacts.

Debating if whether to get the steelbook for £12.79 or get the 6 disc set from amazon for £40.49 as I only have Thor out of the 6 films.

It's the same price, just that it wasn't showing on the product page. When it was in the basket it was showing up at £15.99 Still don't get why that happans on HMV so much, could cost them a lot of sales since most people would just look at the price on the prduct page and think f**k that! And go somewhere else.

And what exactly do you think THAT is?

20% of $15.99 is $3.20.
