I finally found this. I have three local Walmarts and they didn't set up the display until tonight.

If anyone is wondering the discs are the same as in the pizza box collection. They all have the pizza slice for artwork.

cdplus in canada has a pre order up for this. so guessing this isn't a walmart only thing. cdplus has the release date as next tueday so mabey walmart just put theres out before the offical release date

That's exactly what I think happened, which is why I questioned the whole WM exclusive thing. I mean if these officially release everywhere on 6/19, then I doubt WM had any sort of exclusive agreement since that would be what? less than a month timed exclusive.

CDPlus is also a canadian retailer. It also possible it's a WM exclusive in the US where as it might not be an exclusive in Canada.

Then again I guess we'll find out here shortly if it's not.

I almost broke down and bought the pizza box set a few times before. So when I saw this thread and the price...I got very excited. I have always wanted at least the 1st two movies on Blu-ray...and since I already have TMNT on BD...this was a no brainer for me.

$19.99 at FS and $21.99 at BB, although the Canadian release date is June 19th.

It's doesn't appear to be a Wal-Mart exclusive north of the border

The only local Walmart(out of the 3 I frequent)that originally had these as of last Friday no longer has them as of today. They even took down the displays and just sorted out the other triple feature movies randomly amongst the other dvds and blu-rays.

Picked up this set and The Lost Boys set. Glad I didn't pick up the pizza box set, just the awful packaging and price were just a bit too much for movies I rarely watched on DVD.
