+1, I haven't see it in years but I remember it giving me the creeps in parts. Acting was very good also.

Gallipoli, Razorback and Long Weekend are my most wanted Aussie flicks on BD.

And for the record fellow collectors, I don't like The Castle. Even though everybody considers it a classic. I do like The Dish, though.

I'd love to see Razorback on Blu ... with the original longer cut, that we thought we were getting on the DVD.

And yeah, sean, The Dish — I don't think it's ever really had the moment in the sun it was due.

I agree the longer cut would be great but the elements are lost. The only thing that exists now is the tape master that was used for the original Roadshow home video release.

Yeah, I heard that on the DVD featurettes. I'm just putting a wish out to the Universe!

Ned. Damn I love that comedy. Blind buy on DVD years ago, mates and I laughed 'til we were blue.

A movie definitely worth watching/buying though is Wasted On The Young. It's on blu, but I'm just throwing it out for exposure. It's like an Australian Brick.

Rabbit Proof Fence is another I'd like to see get released. It's actually been previously listed for release on blu on 2 occasions by distributor Dendy, but those dates come and went without it been released.

What about the rest of the Dot movies? - I tried to watch them all again recently, I struggled to get past 20 minutes of the first and haven't returned since. It's just not the same for me any more I remember being a young lad and hiring them for free from the Library.

Australia Australian films for Blu-ray

What about Dunera Boys, Black & White, The Lighthorsemen complete not the truncated version released by Umbrella, The Tracker and Dundee 1 & 2 (not the rubbishy 3 though). All complete and with English subtitles so the poms can follow the dialogue!!

I have no idea how high profile the John Duigan movies are domestically, but I would love to see Year my Voice Broke and Flirting.
