Me and my wife love this, the best Jack Black movie ever. Too bad it's another retailer exclusive, I hate that. Not fair that we have to wait even longer to get it from Amazon.

Apart from PQ, the AQ needs to be loud on this one.

http://www.imdb.com shows mono as the original sound mix for all four. My Liberty Valance DVD has a mono track. I don't have DVD's of the other three titles.

My Best Buy in San Antonio already had about 8 copies on the shelf today (8/21).
Nice filmic transfer,visible but unobtrusive grain, clean print, no discernible DNR, 5.1 DTS-HD with solid center and punchy fronts and rears.
Tons of extras, including 2 commentary tracks. Framed at 1.78:1.

Oh okay, thanks. I'm not worried about mono tracks on modern films, the 5.1 mix is usually done from scratch. For older movies such as Jaws, the 5.1 is a remix and they were not done right, all feels unnatural, that is why I prefer original mono. Haven't heard the new 7.1 remix in its entirity though.
