Figured, because I'd pre-ordered Hellboy Steelbook from play.com, I might as well order Hellboy 2 on steelbook as well, for collections sake.

Just received it today, shrink wrapped (although poorly). I open it up and...

...no disc.

Awesome. Clearly, Play.com aren't checking any of their bulk returns when they come back in to the warehouse.

Their website's being a pain in the arse at the moment as well so I can't talk to anyone there about it and their automatic returns system hasn't given me any return information to print out.

Definately one of those days today!

Really sorry to hear thats happened to you. I have a Hellboy II steelbook with sorta loose shrink wrap but also have one of TIH. I just assumed it was sloppy factory shrink wrap and nothing more tbh at the time. Just contact them and tell them the situation. I know when Kick-Ass had missing disks, they did replace mine, but best to e-mail them first about it.

This one and the horizontal Hellboy II are great steelbooks at very reasonable prices.


Both are all over the place for about £10, and the artwork looks awesome on both.

This is definitely how I will fulfill my Hellboy collection.

Looking good. Would have liked some em/debossing on logo to match HB2, but its nice enough (Hellboy 2 came a few months ago, just threw it in the picture to keep HB1 company)
