Further, Veera is a 2 disc edition with 1 BD and 1 DVD. My copy contains only the BD and the DVD inside is missing. (Thankfully it is not the other way round ;-) )

Open all of them and check. We dont want to watch a daily serial . I once got a empty BD case without the BD. Took some communication and quite a few days to get the replacement. Also felt like I was being interoogated as to if I really didnt receive the DVD

Ok. Final update time. Opened all 22 Blu rays. Following are the observations:

1. Packed blu rays but disc inside contains fingerprints and scratch marks of varying degrees:
- Dhada
- Veera
- Simha
- Vaishali
- Oosaravelli
- Brindavanam
- Ala Modalaindi
- Seematapakai
- Gaganam
- Vastadu Na Raju
- Mirpakai
- Solo
- Teenmar

* To be noted that all these titles are from the great 'BhavaniDVD'.

2. The above mentioned blurays came in a cellophane kind of packing. The kind which is used to wrap food items (Very thin stretchable polythene). Rest of the blu rays of Bhavani came in slightly thick plastic packing and are scratch/fingerprint free.

3. Titles from Aditya Video and Sri Balaji Video are in absolute new and pristine condition. (Shipped by bhavani)

Am not going to leave this at all. Gonna take this up with Raj. No way he can treat his customers like this.

Raj called last week and agreed to replace the faulty blu rays as the functionality was problematic due to scratches.

Now the following are his conditions:
- He will only send the replacements when I send the discs back.
- I need to send the shipment to Hyderabad.
- After successful receipt, he will ship the blu rays from US via registered post.
- He has refused my request of sending the blu rays first. I requested that I can send the faulty blu rays immediately to Hyderabad once I receive the package since I have already suffered so much in the case. But he can't accommodate the request quoting his returns policy.
- Traumatic experience dealing with him. Am in two minds what to do.
- So much to ask for a replacement of scratched and used blu rays after paying in full.

Received the replacement blurays from Raj yesterday shipped from USA, brand new and scratch free.
Am delighted that he fulfilled his commitment Nevertheless, I got what I wanted and patience paid off.

Next time I better travel to Hyderabad (1500 kms from my place) to pick up a case of telugu/tamil/regional blu rays! That would lesser of a stress to deal with.
