Looking at the discs, that's European and the voucher is in French so I'd say France.

Does BB correct their prices for sale discounts? I went ahead and preordered but I'm thinking it will come down in price.

Should automatically change for In-Store Pickup. My ET DigiBook rang up 24.99 without me having to do/say anything.

Online and shipped to home, you would have to call back in and get the price adjusted.

Even though Steelbooks don't excite me as much as they used to, this one looks nice, so chances are I may end up purchasing this.

The Best Buy version might end up having this artwork. This is the worldwide artwork they are using. Has it been confirmed that BB will use that different artwork?

Not confirmed but there is art showing when you look at the item on bby.com. The first one here:

I don't get money for myself until the 30th of october and i don't know whether to go in-store pick up or Just flat out order it for delivery. this is one steelbook i want and i don't want to screw it up.
