All I can say is....Holy FUG!

First off, High Def Digests review is:

I'd easily give this out of 5 stars:

PQ: 4 1/2
SQ: 4 1/2 (The Gun fire is the best i've ever heard)

Movie itself: 4

Of course it was predictible. I saw it to. I knew he was the killer. I saw him doing it. I thought what his daughter did at the end was the ending though. It's not Zodiac where you had to think of who did it. I thought the movie was good.

yea the gun fight was the most impressive thing ive heard on my system. i had my windows open and thought the neighbors where going to call the cops for gun fire in the area.

The way the movie was going I thought the gun fight was out of place. Don't know if I'm the only one. It sounded good though. Loud to.

Oh crap, my wife just about jumped out of her skin when Demi Moore was in the dead couples bedroom and they flashed back to the gun fire, scared the @#$% out of her.
Decent movie with good PQ & AQ.
The only mistery in the movie is whether he gets caught or not.

I wasn't a fan of this movie, Demi and Dane Cook both delivered some pretty solid Razzy performances! However, that gun fight was incredible! The movie was pretty quiet until then so when that scene came, I had it cranked!! I also have DTS-MA capability and that was the most realistic stuff I have ever heard. You could even hear the reverb from inside the halls! I was blown away by that scene although the rest of the movie could have used some surround work and occasionally some music!

When that went off, I jumped about 10 miles in the air. Then I was like "Holy effing crap. Where's the remote!"

I had the sound absolutely cranked, err so I though.

As for the quality, I loved the movie. It isn't about whether you can guess what's coming (I mean what two-year old can't these days). It's about the character relations, the little details and the overall flow of the story.

The fact that I bought it at FRYS for just $13.99 on BLU makes this movie all the sweeter.

I'd recommend this to anyone that loves this type of movie.

This movie was excellent. The real question at the end is, will he kill his daughter? Since he only prays when he's about to kill someone...

I loved this movie. Saw it in theaters when it was out and bought the dvd right away. Finally got the Blu Ray version a few months ago.

Watched again last night. I really like this movie and the purpose to resurrect the thread besides that is the PQ is outstanding! Isn't that what folks are looking for on BD?

loved the film. Any news on if another Brooks film will be made? I remember reading that it was thought out as a trilogy.

If you liked this movie, well even if you didnt like this movie. You have to watch Dexter. One of the best on tv.
