You're aware of the German box, yes?

So the UK gets a la carte releases of II and III before the US (unless there's an announcement forthcoming in the next month or so) . . .

I'll happily wait for a set to be released, something like the Oceans trilogy would nice. It'll happen eventually.

Zoolander in UK and a few other countries in summer 2012, not in US yet.

Dudes! The first Beverly Hills Cop grossed over $300 million worldwide 30 years ago; it has to be the biggest comedy of all time. Just classic.

It's 264th in the worldwide box-office list. If you adjust for inflation Ghostbusters and Home Alone are higher than it.

Well, it's certainly not up to the standard of its predecessors. It ain't the same without Taggart. The whole film was mediocre at best.

Watched it last night. Quite grainy in places but it always has been. Otherwise, I found the colour and sharpness largely decent. A marked improvement over the DVD and the HD broadcast I saw on Sky a while back.

Though III was not well-received and Eddie Murphy himself didn't like it, I thought it was much better than II in terms of the action. But then what lacked in the third installment was the loss of Taggart and Bogomil as well as Serge returning in a poor attempt at recreating the laughs from the original which seemed forced. I'd bite for 2 and 3 the day they get released in the U.S. to complete the trilogy. It would've been nice to have gotten the trilogy pack released and individual releases for those who didn't prefer the sequels. All 3 films are great fun though.

Is there any photos of the trilogy set? It's been out for over a month now and I can't find any pics of it.

Does anyone have any reviews of the UK BHC 3-movie Collection? As I don't think BHC4 will happen anytime soon, I may get this set. It appears to be region free, is that correct? Any help is appreciated. This is currently onsale for £13.50 ($25.22) shipped at Amazon UK.
