Let's do this thing!

I have 2 of each, Cars, Ratatouille, and the Pixar Shorts on pre-order. I'm trying to keep my purchases under $100 a week and failing badly. I think I'm over $250 for this week. *sigh*

my kids and I all enjoy the pixar movies. I think our least fav is Bug's Life, but it's still a good movie, just at the bottom over our pixar list. I'm picking up the pixar flicks for sure. Can't wait till they do the toy story 1&2 box, and Finding Nemo.

The "geniuses" at my local Circuit City put Cars out early.

I didn't try to buy it because I've tried many times to buy a Blu-ray from Circuit Shitty pre-street date and they will never sell it to me because their computer won't let them. Well then don't put it out on the sales floor! I swear I've gotten into more arguments at Circuit City than anywhere else...

LOL, that's funny! I thought I was the only one that gets into arguments with CC and the local space cadet employees! What a tease!

Looks like CC is going to have a special die-cast.

Looking at it a little more it looks like it might be a Blu-ray version of LQ. Dude thanks for the pic but did you take notice of the sticker?

Didn't even really notice it until I got home and looked at the photo. Sorry about that.

No problem.

This is what I can read;

Free
Collector Edition
Blu-Die-Cast Car

If there is Blu-ray logo on LQ this is no-brainer.

same here I don't try and buy when they put them out too early because as soon as the register says NOT TO BE SOLD they pull them all off the shelf.

Is the free Blu car just for CC or all retail versions?

All I know is what's in this thread and the Best Buy thread in the bargain area which doesn't mention the die-cast.

The free "car" is not only for circuit city-I rec'd my shipments today and its on the outside of every single box - if you purchase cars on blu-ray you can get a free die cast car from the movie.
