They've also opened the door to the possibility that Burke is suffering from hallucinations. We definitely know he couldn't have seen his wife and son on gurneys at the hospital. So what happened to Beverly could be another hallucination. (Yes, I know that we saw things from an objective POV, as well as from Burke's POV, but that doesn't usually count for much. It should, but it usually doesn't). On edit: It occurred to me that his seeing his wife and son in the hospital wasn't necessarily a hallucination. The shot of them in the car driving to Boise may have a flashback, like the scene of Burke with them at home was. It seems to be a deliberate choice on the producers' part to not make it clear, other than context, what is a flashback and what isn't. Last edited by jayembee; 05-26-2015 at 07:06 PM. |

I've read the books and really love what I am seeing. a well done adaptation. changes here and there, but staying very true to the essence of the story
And the curtain was partially pulled back this week. Probably more questions than answers with the noises at the end of this one... |

Where on earth is this show going...? I like it but its very strange. (i've never read the books)
I'm glad its only ten episodes so it doesn't drag out, but boy its moving fast. |

Watched the third episode and thought the ending was better than episode 2's ending. As a whole this was my favourite episode so far. There were less CGI effects by the looks of it, and I liked the mountain background in the suburban house street scenes. Intrigued by that ending and what it means with regards to Ethan trying to escape from Wayward Pines.
