I think the biggest movie letdown for me this year was that GOD awful movie Don Juan, what a waste of film.

I remember being pretty stoked for Battlefield Earth.

Having read and enjoyed the book with the "soon to be a major motion picture" label on it many years before.

I really wanted to like it but it honked.

Yeah, it won't surprise me to see a number of recent titles getting bashed. People seem to like bashing the current as the worst they have ever seen, when lets face it, there's a lot of really god awful cinema out there to hate on that this years big titles don't even come close too. Either people have no idea how garbage some movies are, or it's cool to bash the new stuff, I can't figure it out. I guess I could see how MoS for example could be something people were super stoked to see and being so high on their want list, could ultimately be their letdown of the century. But to say MoS is the worst movie ever...don't be an idiot I would say, it's leaps and bounds ahead of many movies just this year alone (Canyons anyone?)

I wouldn't ask...I asked once a long time ago, he and some of his minions started bashing me to no end, calling me newbie (I had over 1000 posts at the time) basically saying if you don't know you don't deserve to be here, it was pretty ignorant.
