Might as well renew if you can before $99 price settles.

I will be getting the Grip-iT's tomorrow.

I actually have a pair on the way because my left thumb stick has started wearing off. They look like they fit pretty well.

Yes, after making some slight adjustments to the sides it's flat. Played a few minutes of Rayman and I notice the better grip and it feels natural actually.

Can't go wrong for $5, then again we can just ship it back to Sony and they can give us a new one. I might make another order for my DS3's

I know with these, it's extra protection and I hope it's durable or I'm sending it to Sony ASAP.

It's best to keep the frog feet facing the direction as MaCruz's shot of the black pair.

They are flat but kinda squishy in the middle due to air trapped inside which is kinda a bonus IMO because you have even better grip.

Also L3 & R3 is now safe to press.

I promise you. I didn't do that on purpose.

I'm having trouble with the Analogue Sticks, the left one has become very unresponsive.

Based on the pic you posted. Mine wasn't too far off to being bare plastic. In your case, I would contact Sony so they can send you a replacement one since it's a known issue.

Only worth it if they send him one back with Grip-It's.

They will have to go back to the drawing board on these controllers. The poor build will catch up to them. I've been playing Dark Souls 2 on PS3 and find I really miss the DS3. It's a little smaller, but a nicer piece of hardware. I don't have to charge them every day. I don't have that stupid, stupid, stupid clicky touchpad that is the single worst part of the DS4. I still have a DS3 from 2007 that works just fine.

Not as good as Grip-it's but you may want to try this for DS3. They come with silicone analog stick covers.

I agree, the touchpad was a blatant gimmick! Not really sure what Sony was thinking when they thought of that! When it was first shown in Feb 2013 I was all for it however now, I just think it's useless! My opinion people so calm your boots before flamin' me I'm sure people think it's pretty cool, so did I!
