No complete prints are known to exist. Bill Olsen has posted several times about his trouble finding materials for a release over the years. There was a story going around that the director had a print, but IIRC it turned out to be bogus.

I don't know what the issue is with this title, but one should think that a suitable print exists since they all (= BCI, Scorpion, Arrow) released it on DVD. But maybe the license is too expensive for anyone to pony up the cash themselves to do a new HD transfer? Who knows? |

Thanks for the info - I didn't know that a better quality (and widescreen!) version existed...off to try and track it down now!

Savage Streets is still possible.... even if they don't have HD materials, they can pull from an existing 35mm print and clean it up. Perfect? By no means at all.... but Vinegar Syndrome's release was done that way, I believe, and it looks pretty good!

What film are you talking about? Restoration costs so much more if there are no suitable materials to strike the HD transfer from. Not Final Exam, but I'm intrigued to know which one you are talking about. |

I was at that perfect age in the time of 80's video stores and I watched every horror film I could get my hands on and EVILSPEAK is to me the one stand out title that I never saw. I've seen the trailer and I love me some Clint Howard. I can't wait to blind buy.

No. That one was about victims initials matching the town they were killed or found in. Like Christy Canyon would be killed or found in Cold Cliff. Plus it's wayyy to recent. Nice guess though.
![]() I'm also intrigued. It sounds more like a horror comedy or parody though, was it serious or for fun? Last edited by bigdaddyhorse; 12-17-2013 at 06:29 PM. |

I know in The Undertaker and his Pals, they kill a woman with the last name "Lamb" and cook her. Selling her at their diner, calling the special of the day "leg of lamb", because they cut off her leg.
Not quite the same. lol. And I'm a slasher nerd, but doesn't ring a bell. |
