I did just ask my editor at DVDTalk to look into securing review copy. I didn't ask in advance because Warner catalog stuff often appears, but I'm also not holding my breath, considering it's already out.

warner didn't have a review promotion for these titles. they almost never do for $19.99 and under MSRP title. believe me I already asked them

Picked up Torque for $10. Been ten years since I last saw it and yep, it's still entertaining. Atrocious soundtrack & lame fashion notwithstanding

I just picked this up at one of my local Walmarts. I'm surprised they had it in stock. I looked on the website, and it looked like it wasn't available in stores, but when I added it to cart, then clicked on store pickup, it brought up some options and one store said same day pickup, which meant that it's in stock.

I just briefly forwarded through the chapters, watching a little bit of each scene, and this is a total blast. Transfer is very good, with a slight layer of grain, and audio is top notch.

Comparisons with the DVD are up on Caps-A-Holic, they really demonstrate how badly needed this upgrade really was, just from a visual perspective.

I just watched this the other day. "Torque" has to be one of the best WORST movies I've ever seen. it's almost a pure parody of Fast and the Furious, just with motorcycles. completely over the top and unintentionally hilarious. soooooooooooooooooooooo much fun in such a bad way.

Watched the blu last night. I remember seeing the trailers on tv 10+ years ago and I watched it once on DVD. This is the very definition of a guilty pleasure. It's not to be taken seriously but it does a lot of genre things right. Some parts reminded me of Another 48 hrs; the dusty biker stuff.

Highly entertaining film.

This is such a piece of crap movie that fails to be the motorcycle equivalent to The Fast and the Furious.

But I love every minute of it.

It’s a bad movie. It’s silly in every context imaginable and I cringe with laughter everytime this movie throws shade at F&F.

But damn is it fun to watch.

Can I just say I love that I've found a place for fellow Torque fans? I seriously feel like I'm the only one that enjoys this film? Sure it's not a masterpiece, there's a lot of cheesy stuff to it but that's what makes it so fun! After a hard day at work and you want to just switch off, there's nothing better.

It’s a bad movie, but it’s very entertaining. You can’t help but laugh while watching it.
