Massaging does nothing. Trust me. After dealing with oh, several HUNDRED monitors - you can massage till milk starts coming out of your TV. Will not fix it.

They are also right on the amount of "dead" or "stuck" pixels you must have before a return is allowed. If that is the case, I would fry the damn thing. Get an extension cord, rip off the outlet side, expose the wires, plug it in and connect that thing to an input on your tv. Should do the job nicely.

Cool thing about that, it's dead, no "finger prints" to find and it's not obvious what is wrong - the sales person will see it is DEAD and there is no if ands or butts to be said.
