That's an impressive number

One thing I know for sure it will be more than 1, but how many more is anyone's guess.

I'll estimate between 50 and 75.

There's at least 10 to 20 films from 2013 that I want to pick up once they're available. There's going to be several films from 2014 that I'll want as well. And I will undoubtedly pick up at least a handful or two of TV shows and catalogue titles.

Probably way less than what I'll actually get. If I can keep it under 100, I'll be doing alright. With upgrade and save most likely done, I think I can manage this year.

With only about 50 titles left to replace from DVD to Blu-ray in my collection and 99% of those have yet to be announced, I doubt I'll come anywhere close to as much as last year or the year before.

Pretty much this for me, I missed out on getting all the Bond movies for $4 at the various retailers this year, hopefully next Black Friday they will repeat the sales.

Definitely more than this year, thanks to this forum! Plan on starting the year off with a BANG when I re-up with the DMC here this week. And who knows where I will go from there!

I definitely know I have to start saving my money up NOW for those Black Friday and CineplexStore Boxing Day sales next year! I can see how one can drop some serious money on those two days!!!

Next year I'm definitely going to buy:
Gravity
Spectacular Now
Wolf of Wall Street
Blue Jasmine
Game of Thrones season 3
Her
Nebraska
12 Years A Slave
Fruitvale Station (if it's not as high as the pre-order price)

And some criterions...

Hopefully less than 2013 as I still have about 25-30 blind buys I need to catch up on

I really want to go easy this year compared to 2013. I have enough for now and plenty of the stuff I have will get multiple viewings from me. There isn't much on the horizon outside Archer/Game of Thrones new releases that I want or are on my wish list. Plus, I want to move away from blind buys. Have loads of stuff on Amazon prime ready to watch too to keep me busy.

10 a month is a good average. So 120, give or take a few.

If they were already bought this year (paid-in-full) pre-orders, but I won't receive them until 2014, does that count as this year, or last year?

I know I'll be getting a few:
Captain America 2
Guardians of the Galaxy
Thor 2
Game of Thrones Season 3
Star Trek: TNG Season 6
Star Trek: TNG Season 7
Futurama v5
Futurama v6
Futurama v7
Futurama v8
Riddick 4 (I count Dark Fury as #2)
Little Shop of Horrors (whenever it finally goes on sale)
Harry Potter (Wizards or Hogwarts Collection)
Hobbit 2
Hobbit 2 Extended
X-Men DoFP
Once upon a Time Season 3
OUaT In Wonderland Season 1
Resident Evil 6
Star Trek DS9 Season 1
Hunger Games 1 Target Exclusive if I can find it...
