Blade Runner (as you can tell by reading my signature). Voice-over or no voice-over, I think it's wonderful. I've yet to see another film with such an immersive atmosphere.

Wings of Desire

The damn film is so beautifully shot, and poetic. Nothing else hits me quite like it, and I'm hardly a spiritual sort of dude. I've never seen the concept of the human condition contemplated so thoughtfully. Also, that scene with Nick Cave is badass.

My All Time Favorite is Superman or Superman: The Movie if you prefer. Everything fits and if you didn't believe a man could fly then they didn't do their job. John Williams did a masterful job aiding to the outstanding visual effects unlike todays CGI which is really fantastic
