Preordered the 3D at Best Buy, as I don't care if this isn't a Steelbook. Since I don't have Amazon Prime, Best Buy is the next best place to preorder a BD since they also have a preorder price guarantee.

Hope Target offers a bonus disc.

You can always cancel a pre order, but i personally would wait until it actually says steelbook. Could be just a special edition 3d combo pack or something. But it prolly is the steelbook.

I'm still not convinced the current 3D pre-order isn't in fact the steelbook as it was stated not to be earlier in this thread (according to "a source"). Since you don't care if it is, you're set either way. Otherwise, according to the phone rep I spoke to, you can cancel a Net pre-order anytime before it's shipped or return it to a store unopened.

Expecting a September 23rd release date if Disney/Marvel hold to their current patterns.
So I'll more than likely know 100%, without a shadow of a doubt, would bet money on it in Vegas, if it's a steelie what it will look like and all that fun stuff by end of August.

Wonder if Disney will do the 3D & Blu only again or if they'll go back to a full combo pack with this one.

I'm thinking about or so earlier as the theatrical release was a month before the usual Marvel date. Hoping September 2 as it's a couple of days before my birthday.
