Haven't been to a theater since Quantum of Solace. May go for this.

I hope the chair kickers, cellphone talkers, and crying babies aren't there. Btw, I'm in Taiwan now, and the movie goers here are much worse than the US or Canada. Wife won't go to the theater anymore either; she cannot stand listening to me complain afterwards.

Yep, easily the worst experience I've ever had at the theaters, and I go a lot. I've been thinking about the movie a lot today though, so I definitely think I love it, it's just that I was so angry, annoyed, and distracted while watching it that I couldn't fully enjoy it. People are such asshats.

I'm sure there are things to criticize about it, but I had more fun watching the film than I expected. The camera work was surprisingly not all that gut-wrenching, and I found it thrilling overall.



Much better than I expected, it's probably the best Disney-princess-type film since Sleeping Beauty imo. Listing this as a comedy, but if anybody objects on the grounds of it being more fantasy or something, I can change it.


(Curse of the Fly)

Much better than I remember...purely in the "so bad it's good" fashion. Terribly stupid movie, but also terribly funny that way.



Better than I remember, very classy thriller.



A few great scenes, but still a bit on the dull side.



Enjoyable, but probably better left as a short film.

I know this series is bloated all to hell, but I still love it. Saw it with my dad this time, and he seemed to love it. We all can't wait for the last one now.



Amusing, but a bit manic for my tastes.



Saw enough to see that it sucks beyond all belief.



This movie must have the most exposition I've ever heard, but it's still a pretty solid thriller.

I know exactly what you mean. One of the biggest mysteries of my life will be watching this film and wondering why it shows a half-naked guy riding a fuzzy robot horse around...

Thanks to Blu_Ray_Addict for the free iTunes code I was able to watch 47 Ronin today! Good watch. My expectations weren't too high but definitely was on my want to watch list so I was happy to get it. Some of the effects in the movie were really cool but more fantasy would have been better as others have mentioned. Can we get a similar movie but with crazier fantasy, folklore, samurai, etc.?!
