Yeah that would be awesome. Makes me wonder if I would have gotten into this line a lot if I would have been into Sideshow earlier. I really love the first LSB they did too.

No doubt! I see these things, especially Yautja's amazing Predator collection, and salivate.

OMG! Showed it to my wife and she said, "Get it!" $8000 though, yeesh! I'll have to see what my dealer can get it for. I love it, but every penny I can save, the better.

If there was ever a life-size piece to get, this is definitely it. I figured the price would be up there, maybe a little more than Fett and he is. But I hope for $8K they manage to include a saber.

I got caught up in all the excitement, that I didn't even notice. Yeah, there needs to be a hilt. For 8 grand, there is no excuse not to have one.

For 8 grand I would usually demand a light-up saber, but it just wouldn't be scene accurate anyways. But the hilt is an absolute must. I'm guessing Sideshow didn't work a deal out with any company makes the licensed replicas, and if they don't soon he may be saber less

I absolutely love Emma Frost's eyes on this PF. I hope China can manage to replicate Sideshow's prototype. I foresee many people getting googly eye statues lol.

Yeah, it's not make or break for me, but not having at least a hilt is just poor planning.

A friend of mine sent me this via email:

Man if you get Vader that would be so freaking sweet. It would take all of our jealousy of your awesome collection to a whole new level LOL. You've gotta do it. At least you'll have a year (or more with SS delays) to save up for him.
Edit: BBTS has a shipping quote of $580 for it

The Caesar looks pretty cool. Do you have any PCS pieces? They've gotta get some more licenses. Good to see they have Planet of the Apes.

Good God! I would pick mine up in Portland, OR to save some cash. There is a slim chance I'll be able to get it, but I'm not putting that in the bank.

No, I don't have any PCS stuff, but Caesar looks incredible!

Also, Echo and Fives ARC Troopers preview is up:

These have pushed me to get the 1/6 Rex, DAMMIT!

Man with shipping Vader will be nearly 9 grand. I'm so glad that thing is out of my price range LOL.

Don't get Rex and Echo and Fives. You will start with an innocent three 1/6 scale figures but then you'll find another, and another that you want and it won't be long before you are ordering all of the 1/6 figures. Where are you going to find room for all of those? You're almost out of room for PFs already LOL. Think of all the money you could save by not jumping into the 1/6 line. Thats like half of Vader right there lol.

Man, you're so right! My wife said the same thing right after a flat out, "NO!" She reminded me about all the times I've tried getting into the 1/6 stuff but end up selling it. So, I'm going to take her, and yours, advice. Sigh, man I'd love at least an ARC Trooper Fives as a PF.

Oh no, I sound like a nagging wife again LMAO.

I've already bought a couple things that I ended up selling too that I just didn't want to buy any more of the line (koto Jango and black & white Catwoman). I think its cool to pick up one piece of something to test out if you want it or not before jumping into more of them. I've yet to do it with an expensive 1/6 figure but I might someday. But I'd probably sell it too because nothing beats PF

Yeah, I'm not really a 1/6 guy, but I keep checking out alot of the recent ones. The Rex figure especially. I wish we had a portrait like that for the PF. and I love Fives. Such a great character. I'm glad he got his own four parter in Season 6. I seriously might break down and get'em though if SS comes out with the rest of Domino Squad.

They probably will, Sideshow seems to love making clone troopers in 1/6.

The Rex does look really awesome though.
