I'd give myself a solid 8, the only thing i don't like watching are old westerns and torture porn horror movies.

I'd say I'm probably about a 6 or 7; I'll watch pretty much any genre of movie, but that being said I do lean towards watching films made in more recent decades (mostly 1970s onwards). I want to watch more classic films from earlier decades, but I find the urge to watch them less strong than my desire to catch up on more recent films. Anyway, the list of movies I've seen is fairly extensive (about 1300), and thanks to Netflix, Hulu and premium cable channels, I usually end up seeing about 100+ new films a year.

10/10. I love films from all genres, and from just about every decade where movies existed. I do have 2 inflexible rules: if David Fincher directed it, I'll see it opening day. If Michael Bay's name is in the credits, I will never watch it. Oh, and I will admit to having a weakness for 80's horror.

I’ve a fair mix I think. Will give pretty much any movie a go if the plot or idea sounds good enough. Regardless of age, style, genre etc

Just takes a lot for me to watch anything considered Horror.
Outside of the recent(ish....7years old?) ‘Cabin in the Woods’ or the Saw movies, when it was brand new(so first 2, maybe 3 though by 3rd it was getting old for me) I have basically zero interest.
I found The Shining dull and and overhyped chore to get through, for example. Plus I just don’t scare easily. At all. And it’s not like I haven’t given the genre a good go(moms a fan and am the only one who she can guilt into going cinema with when it comes to horror)

The original Ringu had that OMG WTF factor at the end, purely cos the bit with the TV was so unexpected. But, it was more just freaky and odd, than scary.

So I’d say 9, 9.5(as i’ve Not written horror off, just needs to be a fresh, none cookie cutter plot/idea for me to willingly watch)

I'd say a 6

I don't like Romance and Musicals, and I don't watch b horrors, exploitations, grindhouse, (I don't avoid these, I just don't seek them out)

I'd probably say 9/10. I'll watch most things, even though of course I have my favourite genres like horror. I'll happily watch a film from 1920 followed by a big blockbuster from today. Both [as an example] Wim Wenders and Michael Bay exist in my collection. And I tend to go to the cinema once a week and sometimes twice.

I guess the 9/10 is because I tend to struggle with 'rom-coms' so I don't go to see many of them, I also feel that my appreciation and knowledge of some areas of 'world cinema' could be bigger too.

I would say 8,5. I like all kind of genres from different countries. But I'm not really into asian films.

I'd go a lowly 6....my collection has very few of the older classics or some of the more obscure films a lot of the members enjoy.

The only genres I actively avoid are Musicals and I'm not big into horror movies either

8. I pretty much watch anything, but having access to them is a problem. Things I'm not eager to watch: TV-Movies (cheap SciFi) and those Asylum (?) C-versions of actual blockbuster. Other than that, pretty much everything. Unless it's starring Jason Statham.

[Show spoiler]Kidding, kidding.

I enjoy most film genres (anything from action-blockbusters to dramas to romantic comedies to westerns to musicals to thrillers to Asian films to sci fi/fantasy to old classics) though perhaps to a lesser degree smaller indie-type (obscure) films, uber-psychological films and extreme 'slasher'-films.

All in all, I'd say 8.5/10.

I would rate myself as a 9. I like pretty much anything if it's good or entertaining. I like drama, comedy, thrillers, sci-fi, horror, foreign, low-budget, big-budget, westerns, war movies, short films, cult movies.

Of course, this means I can't see everything. I'm dying to watch I Tonya, Shape of Water, Three Billboards and The Disaster Artist, but haven't had the time.

I meant to watch one last night, but I went to see Rampage, then decided to watch the premiere of Westworld!

I mainly just like action and horror, so I'm not very diverse at all.

I was a 3 or 4 a few years ago, but I'm probably a 7 at the moment. Could do better.

I'd say a 9 out of 10. I'm open to any film genre and I'm usually very assertive to any film.

About the same as my diversity at the grocery store = 3/10

I intentionally don't consume products I know I won't enjoy

I'll give myself a 9.9 out of 10.

The only movies I dislike are the ones with J-Law. She's such a trainwreck.
