I have the German Blu-ray (Region Free) (Menu in German) and the Spaniard Blu-ray (Region Free) (Menu in Spanish)

Mini review (In my opinion),

- PQ: Almost no difference, with a little edge to the German Blu-ray

- AQ: German wins (German Blu-ray: English DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1, German DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 / Spaniard Blu-ray: English Dolby Digital 2.0, French Dolby Digital 2.0 and Spanish Dolby Digital 2.0)

- Subtitles: Spaniard wins (German Blu-ray: German subs only (on and off) / Spaniard Blu-ray: English, French, Portuguese and Spanish subs (on and off))

- Extras: German wins (German Blu-ray: making off, feature trailer, bonus trailers / Spaniard Blu-ray: feature trailer)

My Verdit,

Best Blu-ray edition: German Blu-ray

My preference,

Spaniard Blu-ray: Because English and Spanish subtitles are important to me.

We need this title on Blu-ray in USA and UK.

I have the German, A Good Year, a light comedy with a good vibe to it, I really enjoy it when I'm in the mood. The multi-region disc is American really, English titles & it defaults to English when you load it, & it's quite cheap. I'd never seen Black Hawk Down, just didn't fancy it, but I caught it on the telly the other month & thought it was great, must get the Blu-ray.

I have the Hong Kong Blu-ray of A Good Year. Like you said on the German Blu-ray, it's also a region free disc (A,B,C), have an English Menu, multiple languages and subtitles, good extra features and default to English when you load it.

Get Black Hawk Down on Blu-ray, amazing film. The sound on the blu-ray disc it's reference quality. A++++

Can't wait for Matchstick Men on blu-ray, release date: 10/13/15 and I will go to see The Martian at the movie theater in October.
