"The Affair" Adds Catalina Sandino Moreno as Joshua Jackson's New Love Interest

"The Affair's" love triangle is getting more complicated in season two.

The Showtime drama has cast Academy Award nominee Catalina Sandino Moreno as Cole’s (Joshua Jackson) new love interest. She'll play Luisa, an independent and spirited woman who illegally emigrated from Ecuador as a child and is now working her way through school.

Moreno's TV credits include "The Bridge" and "Falling Skies".

"The Affair" will return October 4 at 10 p.m. on Showtime.

Showtime’s "The Affair" Casts Brooke Lyons in Recurring Role (Exclusive)

Noah and Allison’s relationship will face a brand new obstacle when Showtime’s "The Affair" returns for its second season this fall.

Actress Brooke Lyons has joined the Showtime drama in a recurring role as a new woman who may come between Dominic West and Ruth Wilson’s characters, TheWrap has learned.

Lyons will play Eden, Noah’s (West) publicist, who will appear in three episodes. Flirtatious with Noah but highly effective at her job, she also becomes a source of intimidation for Allison (Wilson).

Season 2 of "The Affair" will continue to tell the story of Noah and Allison and the fallout of their affair, and will introduce POVs of their exes, Helen (Maura Tierney) and Cole (Joshua Jackson).

So the children's animated show, Thomas and Friends, has many of their shows on blu-ray, but this, The Affair, won't be on blu-ray?

Because children are less discerning than adults and studios know this.

Haaa.
Man, my 4 year old doesn't care if something is in 4:3 ratio (1.33:1), let alone if something has more pixels in HD.

Well, let's hope season 2 is as unique and strong as season 1. If it's not, and it's weak, I won't care that the entire series isn't on blu.

But if season 2 is a-we-so-me, then I'll be disappointed if the series is missing on blu

Yeah was meaning to post the other day I'm loving this season, has a different feel than the first season but I think I'm getting in to the characters more this season.

It's more of what we liked from season one; more "Vantage Point's", aka, perspectives. Now instead of two, we get four perspectives (Noah, Alison, Cole and Helen). Plus the present clips and the future clips are getting closer together.
Really a ph@ckin shame this doesn't seem to be coming out on blu-ray

Really enjoying the Cole and Helen perspectives, brings a breath of fresh air, yeah by season's end I'd say the present and future clips would have caught up

It's awesome, but the flash forward scenes are so annoying. They feel out of place a lot of the time and the pace of the mystery is horrid. Still a great show, though.

The acting is amazing on this show but since every single character is miserable it sometimes makes it a slog to get thru, thank God for the sex scenes! I literally want to kill Helen's mother.

Yes she is such a d!ck, but for some reason I felt sorry for her when Helen
