According to the Encyclopedia of Indian Cinema, BQ was released in India with an OAR of 1.33. In 2000, Pioneer/Artisan released a DVD with this ratio. In 2004, another DVD was released with widescreen and Shekhar Kapoor’s commentary. That’s probably what TT used for this BR.

I like DE Rental Edition, it has more accurate color and AR. US CE is over-saturated and cropped.
