Bittersweet. Love it s getting released on BD. But have not and will never buy from TT.

And what reasons are those because, State of Grace is a very good movie, and it's worth owning on blu-ray.

Because I'm buying the Second Sight release which is vastly cheaper compared to this and any of TT's which I'm intentionally avoiding. My extremely obvious reason especially since I'm not Region Locked unlike others.

Love the artwork! I'll probably get both versions (TT & SS) cause of the extras. This is on my Top 10 films from the 90s!

If I was region free, I still wouldn't import blu-rays from all over the world because it's expensive.

Since Nick Redman (co-founder of TT) is on the commentary, I'd assume so.

Depends. Japan? YES. Germany and the UK? Pretty reasonable. 16 bucks for a copy of Strange Days that will for some reason never get released here? So worth it.

Also tons of films from all different region areas are not region locked, over half my collection are non region locked discs

I am a TT virgin, so can any TT...veteran offer thoughts on the chances of film restoration/remastering of this title?

Wouldn't TT advertise such a fact, alongside the isolated score {

} and Joanou commentary track {

}?

Am I reaching to assume that Joanou's involvement (via the commentary track) indicates that the best available elements are being employed on this blu-ray?

Or maybe I should just shut up and wait....

Ordered. It's an excellent film with top performances by so many actors including I think Oldman's best ever. Highly recommended

TT usually licenses the film and pretty much present what is given to them. Many times the masters are exactly the same as what has been released in other countries, especially when it's a Sony title.
