Yeah, I was happy Mike won too. As hard as this season has been for me to watch, the endgame at least made it worthwhile.
I had to agree with Jenn's statement during the final tribal council. The jury was the most bitter group of players I've seen on the show in a while. That's partly what made the season so hard to watch. The unholy triumvirate of Dan, Rodney and Will was a black eye on the entire season even if they were responsible for some of the more memorable scenes on the show. I had to laugh though during the reunion show when Dan was going on about how he was misrepresented by the producers, to which Jeff brought out raw footage that pretty much discounted what he said. That was classic. And I still never believed Will's apologies to Shirin were sincere. He blathers on about the glory of God and being positive blah, blah, blah yet he treated Shirin in such a despicable way that belies all his religious beliefs. Looking forward to the new season with all the returning players. Honestly, the show has run for so many season, I don't even remember half the group anymore. I was happy to see Shirin get a second go at it after the ugliness she went through with Will. Now she'll get chance to annoy a whole new group of people. ![]() |

It was definitely one of the better seasons. Spencer really underestimated Jeremy in the end. Jeremy was a deserving winner. Played a really good game throughout.

![]() She would have beaten Jeremy in the F3 even with family sob story. Spencer was unfairly attacked by the jury. His resume to win might have better than Jeremy's but I guess they didn't like the way he played. Hard to not be happy for Jeremy but the F3 was dull after a terrific season. I still think the tiebreaker rule is stupid. Tasha got 3 votes and didn't have immunity so she shouldn't have been safe. Rocks or fire would have been more fair imo. If Tasha leaves, then Kelley won the next immunity (goodbye James), the entire game totally changes. |
