Plan on paying roughly $60usd after shipping. Might be more or less depending on the initial price point and the shipping option you choose.

I'd say more like under $50 for non marvel titles and around $60 for marvel movies including shipping to US

I vowed not to start buying Asian releases. That isn't going to last...

Cool artwork on the steel, I'll probably get this although a blind buy and not much of Keaun Reeves fan.

Just signed up for the HDN group buy for this.

Now I don't have to worry about preorder time and dealing with NM website failures.

Only had the one big failure with Drive, been smooth sailing ever since. At least on my end.
Of course, on the flip side, it's always nice to not have to be online at a given time.

hmm. not quite sure what you mean, unless you are referencing the fact that Nova's site stalled out on step 3 of the checkout process for me. On the "ship to" step, no matter what I did, it would not acknowledge my click to advance to step 4.

So yah that was insanely frustrating. I was checking out literally in less than 30 seconds from go live time, and couldn't get anything from them directly as I watched all 3 editions go OOS.

I thought one time you were on the main steelbook page during Live-Time, but the item you were looking was tucked away in the exclusive section. Might have been someone else...

I'm just going to buy the amaray when it's released, sell the digital copy, watch the blu a few times between now and when the steel comes out, and then sell the amaray release on eBay for the same or more than I paid.

That sounds like a plan!

Pretty much the exact same thing happened to me while trying to buy GotG, so you're not the only one who missed out.

I was planning to do the exact same thing. Loved the movie and don't want to wait months for the steel. Great minds think alike!

ya know.. there are always options for this type of strategy, but i've come to enjoy the wait because it makes the final receipt of my collectible package that much sweeter. i open most of my steels, even the asian lentis and full slips and stuff, so for me i like the anticipation of it all. it helps lessen the sting of spending the unethical amount of coin that it requires to keep up in this game. so for example i waited until receiving my blufans UE frozen before watching it. crazy right?

Totally understand Jimmy, I didn't see GOTG until my Zavvi steel turned up. The anticipation was palpable. I was NOT disappointed. I very much doubt I will be for this movie.
