100 in existence, only 10 available through HMV points. I wonder where the other 90 are?

I think it's similar to The Muppets slip a few years back, a few were put towards the competition, but the rest are given away with other promotions and competitions.

It probably hasn't been censored, they've just used the DVD runtime. Fox do this a lot...

(For technical reasons TV and DVD in the UK runs quicker than film and US TV, so works are generally sped up for TV and DVD release. Those limitations don't apply to blu-ray, so the work on the blu-ray will be the correct intended frame rate.)

Yeah the film does indeed run for 141mins and 54secs
