I notice that when people try and make fun of likeing Pauly Shore they usually say well Encino Man was pretty good and Son in Law and In the Army Now and Bio-Dome. Then I remind them those are the main films hes been in.

Yeah, those are the theatrical films he had a starring role in. And I'd get all 4 on Blu.

He actually had a starring role in another film, Jury Duty. One of his best, IMO.

Have to admit I've never watched the film. Saw about the first ten minutes when my brother rented it a few years ago. My only familiarity with it beyond that is Doug Walker's review, you know before the Nostalgia Critic sucked.

I think it must have something to do with how old you were when you were first exposed to him. I would probably have found him funny when I was thirteen.

I've loved Lori Petty since Booker, but she wasn't enough to get me through In the Army Now.

The rest of the film is just mindless humor that wasn't funny even for mindless humor. Great for Pauly Shore fans and for those who enjoy slapstick comedy. Otherwise the other 99.9% of the population will probably tire quickly of the lame jokes and one dimensional, almost cartoon like characters.

This is my favorite 90's comedy I think. So classic, people must be serious to a fault if they don't get the greatness of this. Tommy Boy is another great. I just don't know if I should buy this because it might not ever come to 4k.

Straight up classic. Everyone should own this is they enjoy comedies. A favorite of mine. You people that don't like it suck major.
