I wondered that too. He's also using what looks to be an iPhone 6 in the photo. I doubt that in 2020, someone as loaded as Foxx is using that. Maybe these are old photos?

Could be interesting, I still think Marty is best suited to doing character studies but The Irishman for me was just too stale for me both in its story and its cast.

I liked Jamie Foxx in Ray, so I'm reasonably sure he has the acting skills needed to play another high-profile black man from current history. He'd need to get bulked up though, since Tyson was no featherweight.
