Nice. Are we getting those collectors cards or anything with it as well here like Oz, or no?

Lol, edited the rest out because I thought I was in the Australian subforum. Note to self: Don't post and multitask while at work. :P

Not sure about the collectors cards, but I will report back on Wednesday when I get it.

Picked my steelbook up from JB Hi Fi this morning, it didn't come with collectors cards unfortunately. Also whats the best way to store the steelbook as I dont want it to get scratches?

I got my copy in the mail today, so it was perfect timing.

Steelbook with the envelope thing for the postcards:

The cards are very nice and shiny, as is the envelope that holds them, so I'm very pleased that I got them. On the back they just have the same 'A' picture as is on the envelope. Unfortunately I had a floater when I opened it, but there aren't any marks on it. I'm getting the regular 3D version from the US when it's released as well, not that I think it won't play, but I'll have backup.

Figured we wouldn't get anything here, at least at The Warehouse they're giving away a free poster. But at least you got it since it's not on the Aussie site any more.

For protecting my steelbooks I use plastic cases I read about on this forum, and I got them from this ebay store, it's the SC3 ones that fit these sized cases.

Only ended up costing $39 so not bad, not too fussed about the cards tbh. Will it scratch if I put it on my bookcase with my other BD's?

That's good you don't mind about the cards then; I'm a huge MCU fan, so I love the extra stuff like them.

Hmmm, as to whether it'll scratch, I guess you should be ok. Before I bought my cases I used to just have them on the shelf and they seemed to be fine if you were careful. But accidents can happen...

Nice touch that the postcard pouch is a quality add-on here.

By the way, the steel is matt with spot gloss front and back, embossed on front. Rear picture is the Ultron version.
I have ordered the 'Vision' rear picture version from the U.S. and the Taiwan poster book version through YesAsia.

Picked mine up in-store today with the 20% off. Came to $26, so was pretty happy with that!

I am thinking the 20% off sale is the reason they pulled it from the online store. Didn't want to sell too many at the discounted rate. I bet in a few days when the sale is over it re-appears.

Ah! Now it makes sense.

I was looking forward to getting this @ the 20% off, but oh well, I'll just stick with BB USA release (which has title on the spine) & comes with 3D disc.

There are many copies in store, so they will not run short on stock for quite a while.

There are probably as many steelbooks as the Bond Skyfall steelbook release, and that stayed available for months.

I spotted a couple of steelbooks of unpopular movies that never sell out after months on the shelves, e.g. G.I. Joe Retaliation.

The JB steelbooks take ages to sell here, I bought IM3, TDW, and Winter Soldier in the Boxing Day sale last year, and there were several of each of them available (although now I can't find any in the couple of stores I visit). So they should be around for a while in NZ at least.

Regarding the 20% off sale now, what's the time frame for them to give a refund? Or would I be better off emailing them than waiting for them to do it? I'm up for saving a few bucks.
