Arrow's site says "Region: A+B/1+2". This means copies ordered direct are A/B Blu-rays, right? And none of that pesky 1080i/50 crap like the BBC does? And does Arrow ship UK releases to US addresses? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm really interested in this set, and its a lot cheaper than Amazon.

I believe they do ship to US address since there's an option to convert to US $ but the reason I didnt do it is the only form of payment they were excepting after I made my account was PayPal. I only went with Amazon cause although it's a bit more they don't charge right away.

Amazon charges once it ships and they have the pre-order price guarantee. This set will be near $110. That's my guess.

Correct, everything will be playable on Region A players

Yikes, that's significantly more than I was expecting. Especially with the US edition being 3000 units versus UK's 2000. I'll have to hope it'll get knocked down to a more budget friendly number. The UK isn't an option right now (or until next year, at least), given the immediate charge for ordering from Arrow direct.

I was happy to be the test subject for others.

I just ordered from Arrow directly to a US address. The total was ~$104 shipped and you have to use Paypal. There is no tax or shipping costs. I was unable to convert the transaction to dollars as the system wouldn't allow it.

I figure I will get the box about a week after everyone ordering in the US.

I'm sure the pricing will go down for the U.S. version on Amazon soon enough. Just like the Stray Cat boxset did. I'm guessing anywhere from 90-100 bucks for the final price.

Either way, get this release. These are fantastic films. The first two are some of the best films I've ever seen. 3-4 are pretty much 1 film and the five film is still pretty strong overall.

The only problem I had was the casting of actor who died in previous films showing up as other characters. It gets a little confusing when you see someone who had twice already with a third role.

Still, really hoping this sells well enough so we can get the 3 New Battles Without Honor films. I've been waiting for a legit release for 11 years now. I want to throw my boots away!
