If anyone from ordered from BestBuy there is a problem with the preorder bonus. The code they send you in email isn't giving you the bonus DLC it's giving you the full version of the game off PSN. They are evidently aware and are working on a fix.

Played the Beta originally which was good enough for me to get this. I haven't got the perfect impact timing down yet. Felt like I did better on this during Beta. Holes 7 and 9 on first course are screwy for me. I keep leaving it short on hole 7 and going too long on hole 9. After playing multiple rounds too still messing this up. Hit ranked 2 before went to bed last night. So got the ability to add/decrease distance to shot. I think that will help a lot. Wasn't able to find the power up in Home area after beating 3rd boss. Probably went past it a few times without noticing. Having fun so far though.

i played 2 single player tournys. getting perfect impact seems to be easier than past games. but putting is def. tougher as it moves faster than before

enjoyed my brief time so greatly. leveling up clubs is a nice touch.

i didnt go online as the patch was still downloading.

was the increase/decrease ability a special unlock ?? i am level 3 and even though i do that purely out of habit anyway , i never noticed anything about it actually working or unlocking or anything .....

the prefect impacts will come to you after awhile ... i remember way back when playing older versions i had the same issues ,, getting them was so difficult for me ... like i said now though its pretty much about 85% for me now .. and i find that when i typically miss it is if the power needs to be set very low ... waiting for the bar to go all the way and come back after a quick tap seems to screw me up for some reason .. but when using full power shots I'm like 95% with perfect impact ... its strange ...

Unlocks at reaching tournament level 2 as reward for beating 3rd VS boss from first stage. You can then use triangle and circle buttons for increase/decrease distance. Have yet to use them yet as just unlocked before going to bed.

oh tournament level 2 i didn't get that far yet .... yeah its a nice feature ..like i said i still end up hitting either triangle or circle purely out of habit from playing all past games ..

how do you find the hidden items in home ? i ran all over looking and cant find anything

Same here. Ha, like I said in my previous post I probably went by it a bunch and I sure did. The first one is a gold spec in front of the steps where you go to sign up for tournaments. Look closely and you will see a shiny object. Position your character above it and you will be able to pick up with X button.

I'm not very far yet but all the items I've found were while running around in the open course. Coins and whatnot

The first one is a small sparkling thing at the base of the stairs.

Started playing yesterday evening and the game is digital crack! I love how the clubs level up individually so it gives you a constant sense of progression.

man i wish we could choose to record shots like in older games ... i got another beautiful hole in one but it was an unofficial game so it didn't record it .... ugghhh

i think this may be the easiest one of the series .. I've only played about 6 games so far and i am chipping in crazy shots from pretty far out .. have 2 hole in ones already ... it took me months to play like i am here on older games ... and it certainly isn't me experience since i haven't played on in some time and last one i did was the vita one which just handles differently since its not just a controller in hand

I can't chip for crap but I can putt from a mile away while in the fringe.

I would be great if there was an option to record the great shots like the older games. I've just been doing the share button save video method. I'll get around to editing them eventually. I've yet to hit a hole in one though.

For those who pre-ordered on Best Buy, looks like Best Buy has sent out more codes today to fix the pre-order items error codes that they original sent out that contained the full version of the game only to do it yet again.

I have now to received two full game codes instead of my pre-order DLC items.
