Far from the most valuable or favorite content, but wins for how freaking cool it is:

Content-wise it's probably the 15 disc Halloween box.

Probably my favorite LE that's OOP.

The Columbo box set is my favorite one that doesn't yet have a crazy price though.

It isn't numbered, and I'm not sure that it was ever officially described as a "limited edition", but it launched at such a high price that it might as well have been. Now that it is (I believe) OOP, the price - from the few sellers that actually have new & sealed copies - has skyrocketed.

Anyway, it's my most favourite TV show ever and I just love this set to bits.

Didn't know it was OOP. Now I don't feel so bad about paying that high price, only to see it released in the U.S. a year later. The packaging and thick booklet are really nice though. I know the episodes have a higher bit rate than the U.S. set, but don't know if it translates to a noticeably better PQ.

This one I wasn't going to include, but whoa. Scalpers are asking big money for it.

And even though the movie is junk, I am personally pleased it own it nonetheless.

Alright, alright. Here's my true pic for my most treasured limited edition.

Awesome, awesome movie with a gorgeous, jaw dropping case. Plus you get the soundtrack, which is always a plus.

I would also recommend the other Mondo Vision LEs. Just immaculate, exquisitely designed limited editions in general.
